Click on the picture on the left to access the ARCA LMS Platform after reviewing these instructions:

1. Register for an Account

   • All people attending the training will need to have a registered account, even if you are all viewing together

   • For help with the registration click the blue HELP button at the bottom of the screen

   • Chrome Internet Browsers is the preferred browser for the best performance of the video

2. If multiple people are going to be watching the training altogether, please send one message to the HELP button - Fill in each field:

   • Email: the Log-In Email address that you watched the Emergency Preparedness Video 

   • Subject: Multiple Attendees watched the Emergency Preparedness Video 

   • Descriptions: Names and Email of the people who attended. These emails needed to match their login information so that we can mark them as attended.

3. Enter the Learning System - Click the English OR Spanish Version to complete the training.

4. Obtaining your Go-Kit

   • Send your Transcript to your Service Coordinator to share with the Emergency Coordinator at your local Regional Center

   • Regional Centers are notified at the end of the month with a list of attendees - they will work with your Service Coordinator to deliver or pick up of the Go-Kit.
