2022–2024 | Digital Effective School Self-Assessment for Schools (DIGIESSA4SCHOOLS)
Role: EdTech Specialist · Programme: Erasmus+ (Cooperation Partnerships in School Education) · Grant No: 2022-1-TR01-KA220-SCH-000087735 · Duration: Dec 2022 – Dec 2024
DIGI ESSA 4 SCHOOLS is an Erasmus+ project, carried out by research teams from six countries (Türkiye, Italy, the Netherlands, Romania, Spain, and Portugal), that developed a comprehensive digital self-assessment model to support quality assurance and continuous improvement in schools. The model provides a flexible framework of 10 evaluation areas and 59 sub-areas — spanning leadership, teaching and learning, academic and social outcomes, school climate, inclusivity, and resilience — that schools can adapt to their own priorities and national context. The project also produced a digital implementation tool that enables schools to collect profile data and stakeholder surveys, analyze them through statistical methods, and generate data-driven, visualized self-evaluation reports to guide school improvement planning.
