Weight, number of passengers and hills all impact range.
Pay attention to your battery system's charge level and be aware of how many miles are you driving using the odometer. It's easy to drive up more miles when you're just having fun.
Monitor your charge level using the available battery charge on the dash or on the displays depending on the model.
If you cart does not move or start, check these things.
Ensure the following steps are done:
Key is in the "ON" position (not just the accessory position)
Parking brake is fully released.
On 6 passenger Bintelli 6 passenger models, press the button and fully release the parking brake handle all the way.
On 4 passenger Bintelli 4 passenger models, make sure the foot parking brake is fully released.
Forward/reverse switch is engaged
For some models (with standard batteries), make sure the battery switch located at the bottom of the dash near the storage compartment is ON (see graphic below).
Confirm batteries are fully charged by checking the charge meter (State of Charge or SOC) on battery meters or displays (see graphic below).
If you are not seeing anything power up, you are likely out of charge. Plug in the charger and verify the receptacle providing power. Some extension cords have an LED in the connector which should be on. Check our Charging page for additional help.
