• One person per seat belt & and wear them at all times while operating

• Operating times and road speed limit maximums:

  • LSVs (Bintelli, Tomberlin, GEM) are allowed on roads with a 35 mph speed limit or less, and can operate 24 hours a day

  • Standard Golf Carts (Club Car, EZ-GO) are allowed on roads 25mph or less, from 30 minutes after sunrise & 30 minutes prior to sunset

• Must be 25 years or older to drive & have a valid driver's license presented at the time of rental. Additional driver's may be added here.

• Follow all traffic laws & parking regulations

• Range will vary up to 20 miles on a full charge

• Monitor battery level carefully & frequently and recharge overnight or more frequently

• Avoid potholes & curbs, operate on paved surfaces only. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LIABILITY CAUSED TO THIS CART, PROPERTY OR OTHER INDIVIDUALS.
