Account Deletion Request – Gọi Là Có

This page belongs to the “Gọi Là Có” mobile application, developed by InfinyX Labs.

Users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app

1. Open the Gọi Là Có app

2. Go to Profile / Avatar

3. Tap Delete Account

4. Confirm deletion

Option 2 —  Request via form 

Request Account Deletion

You can submit your account deletion request using the form below. 

• Please provide your registered email address and any additional details to help us process your request. 

• Once submitted, your default email application will open with a pre-filled request. Simply review and send the email to complete your request. 

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your request is processed, we permanently delete:

• Account information

• Login data

• Saved addresses

• Order history

• App activity data

Data Retention

Some data may be retained if required for legal or security purposes.
Such data will be deleted once retention is no longer necessary.

Processing Time

All requests are processed within 3 business days.
