1. About This App

GoGreen Coordinator is an independent tool designed for BNI chapter coordinators to track member progress and send motivational WhatsApp messages. This app is not officially affiliated with BNI International or BNI Global, LLC.

2. Data We Collect

We collect minimal data required for app functionality:

Device ID — A unique anonymous identifier generated from your device settings. Used only for trial period tracking. Cannot identify you personally.
Chapter Name & City — Entered by you during setup. Stored locally on your device only.
Member Phone Numbers — Entered or imported by you. Stored locally on your device only. Never sent to any server.
License Key — Your activation key. Verified against our Google Sheets database to validate your subscription.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

❌ No names, addresses, or personal details of BNI members
❌ No PDF content — files are processed entirely on your device
❌ No WhatsApp messages — we only open WhatsApp with pre-filled text
❌ No location data
❌ No camera or microphone access
❌ No financial information
❌ No browsing history

4. How Your Data Is Used

Device ID → Sent to our Google Sheets API to track 14-day free trial period. Prevents trial reset on data clear.
License Key → Verified online once every 7 days to confirm active subscription.
All other data → Stored only on your device using browser localStorage. Never leaves your device.

5. Data Storage

All member data, phone numbers, and chapter information is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. We do not have access to this data. It is never transmitted to any server.

6. Third-Party Services

Google Sheets API — Used for license validation and trial tracking. Only Device ID and License Key are sent. Google Privacy Policy
WhatsApp — We open WhatsApp with pre-filled messages using wa.me links. We do not access your WhatsApp data. WhatsApp Privacy Policy
Google Fonts — Used for typography. May log anonymous usage data per Google's policy.

7. PDF Processing

When you upload a BNI ProgressCard PDF, it is processed entirely within your device's browser using PDF.js. The PDF content is never uploaded to any server. No PDF data leaves your device.

8. Children's Privacy

This app is designed for BNI chapter coordinators (adults). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

9. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device security. We recommend using device PIN/password protection.

10. Your Rights

Access — All your data is on your device, accessible via the app
Delete — Clear app data in Android Settings to delete all local data
Device ID removal — Contact us to remove your Device ID from our trial tracking database

Results generated by this app are based on automated analysis of BNI ProgressCard PDFs. The accuracy of results may vary. Always verify data against the original ProgressCard before use. The developer is not responsible for any inaccuracies.

12. Changes to Features

The developer reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
