Watch the first series and you will form your opinion about this kissanime. It is much above average, I do not think this anime is terrible. More or less thought-out world, unusual technology, constant action. Attempts to show the different sides of the war are also a big plus. But this is not a masterpiece, it will not make you recall or rewind in search of missing details in dialog or surroundings. Even a good series of episodes in the third quarter of the series are not without template.

Perhaps the manga is much better than anime, but it could be quite interesting for reading the original source. Looking at rave reviews I decided not to give up and watch, but the first impression remained unchanged.

To begin with, this anime can be categorically called the BEST new product of 2013. To be honest, I haven’t watched anime for about six months. At all. And the "Invasion of the Giants" noticed quite by accident. Well then what? This is where it all started. For a long time I was not SO captivated by anime. The plot, drawing, soundtracks - all this is done in the best possible way. What is happening on the screen captivates literally from the first minutes and does not let go until the very last series. The turns of the story lines are so unpredictable that at times it was absolutely impossible to refrain from a surprised exclamation, or a convulsive sigh when another hero died in the hands of ruthless giants.

The characters of all the characters are spelled out as well as the plot. Each of them is looking for his own path in life, friends; tries to survive and help loved ones. Eren, Mikasa, Arvin, Jean, Koni and many others, they are all very different from each other, however, at the same time, they remain surprisingly similar in their dreams and aspirations. Right now there are only 15 anime series and 12 netizen buzz volumes available. I haven’t read the last one yet, but I really, really want to do it, because the world of “Invasion ...” has captured me so much that I don’t want to part with it until I know how it will end.
