The 2024 Go For Gold Track Camp will be held July 30th-Aug. 3rd (Tuesday-Saturday) at Parkland High School

The Go For Gold Track Camp will give the camper an overview of all the track and field events held during a traditional meet, except for the pole vault.  Campers will experience a fun learning environment, receive great instruction from experienced coaches, and take part in an exciting track meet on the last day of camp.

Philosophy

It seems in today’s high school sports programs that students must dedicate themselves to year-round training just to make the team. Most students have many other academic or athletic activities they are involved in to sacrifice so much time to a single sport. Many of these students would love to be able to participate in a varsity sport but just do not have the time. Track and field is an excellent opportunity for these students. The season is short and there are opportunities to compete in a fun and competitive atmosphere across a number of event areas. We would like to give everyone a chance to experience track and field at this camp and hopefully have them join a track and field team when they are in high school.

The Go For Gold Track Camp will be following all PA Department of Health health and safety guidelines.
