Tour Details

We offer walking tours in the grounds of Izumo Taisha. 

Please see the map below for our guiding area. 

Typically, the tour starts at Seidamari (the main entrance of the shrine at the tall steel-made Shrine gate near Starbucks) and ends at Kagura-den (the ritual hall with the giant sacred rope). As it is a private tour, we do our best to arrange guiding services per your request.

• Duration : approx. 1 hour

• Tour Coverage  :  Our guided tours are available only in the Izumo Grand Shrine area. 

• Cost :  Free of charge for individual visitors. 

• Date and Time: Per request

• Reservation: Click "Request a guide" below. Please send it at least one week prior to the requested day.

• For group tours arranged by companies or other organizations, we kindly request a contribution of 5,000 yen per guide. If you would like to request a guide or have any questions, please check the link below and submit your request. 

Our guiding service is a volunteer-based activity made possible through your generous support. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us continue this service.

GoEn (ゴエン) のガイドは、出雲大社の境内を歩いてご案内します.

 ガイド範囲は下記の地図を参照してください。

勢溜 (大きな鳥居があるメインの入り口広場。近くにスターバックス) からツアーを開始し神楽殿で終了します。個別に対応できますので、可能な限りご希望に応じてガイドサービスをアレンジします。

• ガイドエリア : 出雲大社境内のみ

• 費用: 無料

• 日時: ご依頼に応じて

• 予約方法: 下の「ガイドを申し込む」をクリックしてください。 お申し込みはガイド実施日の1週間前までにお願いいたします。

• 企業または団体のグループツアーにつきましては、ガイド1名につき5,000円のご協力金をお願いしております。 ガイドのご依頼やご質問がございましたら、下記企業・団体様向けご案内リンク先をご確認の上、申し込みやお問い合わせください。
