I met a beautiful and amazing Christian woman and we started a releationship. Her heart was so pure she made want to be a better man, and so I quit smoking, and started working on my career more. After a few years I decided to learn more about Christianity and Jesus after being encouraged by a lady I worked with called Hannah. She took me to her church in Birmingham, Life Central (I cant tell you how amazing this church is in words, there aren't enough), and I started the Alpha Course. As I came to the end of it, I had an encounter with Jesus, which I talk about more in my testimony for my Baptism, (See Video Below).

This was the start of being able to start pursing a closer relationship with Jesus, and while I have been rebellious at times, he has shown me signs as why I needed to take it more seriously (Romans 12:11), and as I have learnt to have faith in his plan, read my bible (2 Timothy 3:16) I have learnt to accept loss, even when its not something I want, like breaking up my relationship after 7.5 years, to the woman I always believed I would marry, so she could become closer to God. How can I argue with that. But God has done this for a reason, and he has a plan for me.

2 years ago I started writing music again, and while several people said I should do gospel, I didn't want to, and continued the music I was doing. Then in May 2025, I was in Dubai visiting my Fiancé at the time, and while at her church, I started to pray if making the decision to quit my job to pursue music was what I should do. After the service, a lady approached me, and said "God sent me to say, what you gave when you were younger and are now chasing will bear fruit if you stay faithful to him." I took that to mean, make music, but after my partner ended our engagement, I had 2 choices. Write break up songs, in which I could be angry and express my pain. Or turn to God, and write Gospel Pop songs, that would allow me to let go, and also and most importantly, spread his gospel. I chose to write songs that would be relatable to those who struggle with things like addiction, lust, loss and more. If my music brings just 1 person to follow Jesus, and change their life for the better, then my work is done (well the start of it is anyway!).
