Vehicle insurance documents
Vehicle inspection photos
Proof of payment for purchasing driver service rounds or work packages, where applicable
GPS and location information while using the service
For drivers, continuous background location information may be collected on Android devices while an active trip is in progress, including when the screen is off or when the GoDrive application is running in the background
Trip and ride history
Messages, photos, and other content sent through the in-app chat system
Photos or other evidence used to confirm package delivery
Device identifiers and push-notification tokens used to deliver notifications
We collect only the information necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve our services.
We may use your information for the following purposes:
Verifying your identity and account information
Matching passengers with drivers
Calculating fares and routes
Providing safety and emergency features, including SOS services
Operating and managing driver service rounds or work packages
Processing payments and verifying payment-related information
Providing customer support and resolving disputes
Detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud, abuse, and other violations of our policies
Analyzing location patterns and trip behavior, including information related to automatically detecting trip completion, in order to identify activity that may indicate fraud or misuse
Improving the quality, reliability, and security of GoDrive
Sending service-related notifications and communications
We share personal information only when necessary to provide the GoDrive service.
When a passenger and driver are matched, certain information may be shared between them, such as:
Name
Profile photo
Phone number
Relevant location information
Identity documents and other sensitive verification documents are not shared with matched passengers or drivers.
We may also disclose information to government authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other authorized parties when required by applicable law or when necessary for a lawful investigation.
We use third-party cloud storage services, including Cloudinary, to store images and documents uploaded through GoDrive. These may include:
Identity verification documents
Vehicle documents
Vehicle inspection photos
Package delivery evidence
Images uploaded through the in-app chat
These files are intended to be accessed through the GoDrive application and are not publicly published by us.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.
