God Of War Ascension Eboot Patch Download BETTER

So right now I'm downloading gow ascension for my ps3 superslim(jb folder) . Because its a zipfile i noticed that there is a Original Eboot folder that includes EBOOT.BIN alongside Ps3_game and ps3_disc.sfb. I want to make a iso out of this and run it on Hen 3.1.1 should i include Eboot.bin or not or is there any problem if i want to run this game? ( the publisher said that its working on cfw 3.5.5)

I got an eu version of God of war ascension and along with can something called eboot patch. Idk why I need it but I replaced the files with the included ones randomly because there is no instructions included. When I made the game into an iso and ran of my PS3 hen, it loads up and makes a weird noise and the screen blacks out and I go back to the xmb what do I do?
