Terms and Conditions of Goal Sprinter app
Goal Sprinter is a service that available via Apple Store, which main goal is to individuals to achieve their goals by doing sprints (focused period of time in your life, dedicated just for 1 goal).
Use of Goal Sprinter
You accept these Terms by using any part of Goal Sprinter. If you do not accept these terms, do not use any part of Goal Sprinter. You can also use Goal Sprinter if it's allowed by law in a location you are currently in.

Feedback and Submissions
You can leave your feedback in App Store or send it to golas.sprints@gmail.com. We are really open to new ideas and improvements. By providing your feedback you give Goal Sprinter a right to disclose, use, distribute and exploit this feedback without any restriction or compensation to you. If you are not agree with this condition, please do not send any feedback.
Termination
Goal Sprinter can suspend your subscription at any time without a notice if you violate this agreement or any laws.
Rights
Goal Sprinter is intended for your personal, non-commercial use.
Goal Sprinter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use Goal Sprinter as long as you do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, sublicense or otherwise transfer any right in Goal Sprinter, except where allowed by law. You agree to only access Goal Sprinter through interfaces provided by Goal Sprinter.
All rights in and to Goal Sprinter, including any trademarks, service marks, trade names and copyrighted content (collectively “Intellectual Property”) presented within Goal Sprinter are the property of Vladislav Stepanov and/or third parties. You agree not to use Intellectual Property for any other purposes except for your own use of Goal Sprinter unless required otherwise by applicable mandatory law. Any violation of these rights could be seen as illegal and necessary actions will be taken (court trial etc.).
You are not entitled to assign your rights and/or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
You use Goal Sprinter at your own risk. Goal Sprinter does not assume any responsibility for errors or omissions in the information or software or other documents.
In no event shall Goal Sprinter be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Goal Sprinter aggregated liability for any damages shall be limited to the lesser of app fees paid by the user.
Goal Sprinter is trying to provide best possible service to our customers, but in case of errors in our App, please contact us.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and the use of Goal Sprinter are governed by the laws of Germany, except for its conflicts of laws principles. All claims arising out of, or relating to these Terms of Goal Sprinter shall be resolved by the German public courts.

Changes to these Terms
Goal Sprinter has the right to modify these Terms at any time, so please review it occasionally. We will notify you before we make any substantial changes to the Terms and give you an opportunity to review the revised Terms.
