Terms and Conditions of Goal Sprinter

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Goal Sprinter mobile application, related services, and any content, features, or functionality made available through the app (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Vladislav Stepanov (“Goal Sprinter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Goal Sprinter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. About Goal Sprinter

Goal Sprinter is a productivity and goal-planning application designed to help users organize goals, create timelines, build sprints, manage tasks and habits, track progress, and, where available, use AI-assisted features to support planning and productivity.

Goal Sprinter is intended as a self-management and planning tool only. It does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if:

• you are legally permitted to use the Service under the laws applicable to you;

• you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and

• you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
  
  

If you are using the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of Goal Sprinter, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and uninstall the app.

4. Changes to the Service

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that any specific feature, content, workflow, AI capability, subscription benefit, design, or integration will always remain available in its current form.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, on our website, by email where appropriate, or by other reasonable means. The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated at the top of this document unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and handling of personal data are described in our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of your use of the Service.

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully.

7. Accounts and Access

You may be required to provide certain information to access parts of the Service.

You agree that any information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and kept reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and, where applicable, your account credentials and access to the Service. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device or account to the extent caused by your acts or omissions.

8. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, access, and use Goal Sprinter for your personal, non-commercial use only.

This license does not give you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.

You must not, except as permitted by applicable law:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Service;

• modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service;

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of the Service;

• circumvent or interfere with security-related features or technical restrictions;

• rent, lease, sublicense, sell, assign, or commercially exploit the Service;

• access the Service through unauthorized means or interfaces not provided by us.
  
  

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Goal Sprinter in any way that:

• violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;

• infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;

• is fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or defamatory;

• interferes with or disrupts the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service;

• attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;

• introduces malicious code, bots, scripts, or harmful technology;

• uses the Service to generate, store, or distribute unlawful or harmful material;

• misuses AI features, usage limits, or subscription entitlements.
  
  

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action in response to violations of this section.

10. User Content

The Service may allow you to create, enter, upload, store, or otherwise provide content such as goals, timelines, task names, notes, habit data, progress records, prompts, feedback, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and use your User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and provide the Service to you, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the rights necessary to provide it.

We are not obligated to monitor User Content, but we may remove or restrict access to User Content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

11. AI Features

Goal Sprinter may include AI-powered features, including features that generate suggestions, plans, timelines, summaries, recommendations, or other outputs (“AI Features”).

By using AI Features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, generic, misleading, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances;

• AI output is provided for informational and productivity-support purposes only;

• AI output does not constitute professional, medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other regulated advice;

• you remain solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated output;

• AI Features may be subject to usage caps, fair-use limits, rate limits, quotas, throttling, temporary restrictions, downtime, delays, or discontinuation;

• we may modify, limit, suspend, or remove AI Features at any time;

• we do not guarantee the availability, quality, performance, or suitability of AI Features.

• We reserve the right to apply per-user, per-day, per-feature, or subscription-tier-based usage limits to AI Features in order to protect service stability, prevent abuse, and manage operating costs.
  
  

You must not rely on AI output as the sole basis for important personal, legal, financial, medical, mental health, safety-related, or other significant decisions.

12. Subscriptions, Paid Features, and Billing

Certain parts of Goal Sprinter may require payment, including auto-renewable subscriptions or other paid features.

If you purchase a subscription or other in-app purchase through Apple’s App Store:

• billing is handled by Apple, not by us directly;

• subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to Apple’s terms and processes;

• you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings;

• refunds, if any, are handled according to Apple’s applicable billing and refund policies;

• pricing may vary by region, currency, taxes, or Apple pricing tiers.
  
  

Your access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or terminated if payment is not successfully processed or if your subscription expires or is canceled.

We may change subscription offerings, pricing, feature sets, trial structures, or paid access conditions in the future to the extent permitted by applicable law. Such changes will not affect already-purchased periods unless permitted by applicable law or platform rules.

Any free trial or promotional offer may be subject to separate conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.

13. No Guarantee of Results

Goal Sprinter is intended to support planning, focus, organization, and productivity. However, we do not guarantee that use of the Service will lead to any particular outcome, achievement, improvement, habit formation, productivity level, personal transformation, or goal completion.

Your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, consistency, circumstances, judgment, and external conditions.

14. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, code, text, graphics, logos, interfaces, features, compilations, and other content, excluding User Content, is owned by or licensed to Vladislav Stepanov and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding associated with Goal Sprinter are the property of their respective owners.

Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

15. Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, comments, ratings, reviews, feature requests, or other feedback about Goal Sprinter (“Feedback”), you agree that:

• we may use, analyze, copy, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit that Feedback without restriction or compensation to you; and

• we are under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential.
  
  

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable data protection law with respect to personal data contained in your Feedback.

16. Third-Party Services and Platforms

The Service may rely on or interact with third-party services, platforms, or providers, including Apple, analytics providers, AI providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and other technical partners.

We are not responsible for third-party services, products, content, or policies. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by Apple’s standard App Store terms.

17. Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to keep Goal Sprinter available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

The Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, connectivity issues, third-party outages, bugs, device compatibility issues, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our control.

You acknowledge that temporary interruptions and technical limitations may occur.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service immediately if we reasonably believe that:

• you have violated these Terms;

• you have misused the Service or AI Features;

• your use creates legal, security, technical, or operational risk;

• we are required to do so by law or by a platform provider; or

• continued provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially or technically feasible.
  
  

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Termination or suspension does not affect any rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, liability limitations, governing law, and dispute provisions.

19. Data Deletion and User Requests

If you would like to request deletion of your personal data associated with Goal Sprinter, you may contact us at the email address listed below.

When contacting support about data deletion, please include your in-app support ID or other identifier shown in the app, where available, to help us locate your records.

We may retain certain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or protect legitimate interests, as permitted by applicable law.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no representations or warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, or that the Service will meet your expectations or achieve any intended results.

We do not warrant that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;

• defects will be corrected;

• the Service or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components; or

• any content, including AI-generated output, will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
  
  

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Goal Sprinter, Vladislav Stepanov, and any affiliates, contractors, licensors, or service providers involved in making the Service available will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the Service that gave rise to the claim.

If you used the Service without payment, we will not be liable for damages caused by ordinary negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goal Sprinter, Vladislav Stepanov, and related persons or entities from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• your violation of these Terms;

• your misuse of the Service;

• your User Content; or

• your violation of any law or third-party rights.

This section applies only to the extent permitted under applicable consumer protection law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of laws rules. If you are a consumer, you also retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

24. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

If you have a concern or dispute regarding Goal Sprinter, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the issue informally.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have access to consumer dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

26. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms validly presented to you for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings relating to the Service.
