This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information Collection and Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
1.1. Personally Identifiable Information (PII):
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
Email address: If you choose to log in to the Service (e.g., to create an account), your email address will be used for identification, managing your account, providing services, and communication.
Purpose of Collection: We use the email address and other account information you provide solely for the purpose of creating and managing your account, providing the Service (including Supabase synchronization), and for communicating with you.
1.2. Non-Personal Data and Usage Data:
We may also collect information about how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your mobile device type, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, diagnostic data, and other statistical data related to the use of the Service.
Purpose of Collection: We use this data to analyze and improve the performance of our Service, identify and fix bugs, and optimize the user experience. This data is typically processed in an anonymized or aggregated form.
2. Data Processing with Ad Providers (AdMob)
Our Service uses a third-party advertising service provided by Google AdMob. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads in our Service.
2.1. Data Collection by AdMob:
The AdMob SDK automatically collects data from your device and your use of the Service. This data may include device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID (GAID)), IP address, location information (coarse location), information about app usage (e.g., which ads were clicked), and device settings.
This data may be used by Google and its partners to serve ads, including personalized ads.
2.2. Consent and Personalized Advertising:
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland: We utilize the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to obtain your consent for the processing of personal data (such as device identifiers) for advertising purposes. This consent is required for serving personalized ads. If you do not provide or withdraw your consent, you may still receive ads, but they will not be personalized.
For users in US states: We use the UMP SDK to provide you with the option to opt-out of the "sale" or sharing of your data for certain purposes, in compliance with relevant state privacy laws.
For users in other regions: The UMP SDK operates according to Google's policies. Currently, for other parts of the world, a mandatory consent form is generally not required, and AdMob may serve personalized ads by default, unless your device settings dictate otherwise.
2.3. How to control your ad settings:
You can at any time modify your advertising ID settings or opt-out of personalized ads through your Android device:
Open your device's Settings app.
Scroll down and tap Google.
Tap Ads.
Here, you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of Ads Personalization.
For more information on how Google uses data, please visit Google's Privacy & Terms page: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
3. Data Processing with Supabase Synchronization
Our Service uses Supabase for data synchronization and storage.
Conditional Synchronization: Data collection and synchronization with Supabase services occur only if you log in to our application and use an account.
Type of Data: The data synchronized via Supabase includes user-specific data necessary for the app's functionality (e.g., user settings, in-app data that you record or create).
Data Security: Supabase employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
4. Disclosure of Data
We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
To comply with a legal obligation.
To protect and defend the rights or property of app creator.
To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service.
To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public.
To protect against legal liability.
5. Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
