Delete Your Goa Dreams Account

At Goa Dreams, we respect your right to control your personal information. You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion through:

• The Delete Account option available within the Goa Dreams mobile application, or

• By contacting us at mail2dragonboys@gmail.com from your registered email address.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

Upon successful deletion of your account:

• Your profile information will be removed.

• Your login credentials will be deleted.

• Your saved preferences and settings will be removed.

• Your AI chat history may be deleted or anonymized.

• Your location-related preferences will be removed.

• Your referral participation data will no longer be accessible through your account.

Data We May Retain

Certain information may be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes, including:

• Transaction records

• Subscription purchase records

• Referral reward payment records

• Withdrawal and payout records

• Records required by applicable laws and regulations

Such retained information will only be used for compliance and security purposes.

Effect on Subscriptions and Rewards

• Active subscriptions will not automatically qualify for refunds upon account deletion unless required by applicable law.

• Unclaimed referral rewards, promotional benefits, lucky coupons, and Free Goa Trip eligibility may be forfeited upon account deletion.

• Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 to 30 business days, depending on legal and operational requirements.
