End User License Agreement For MP3 Player - Goa Shader Art

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and MANTRA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) governing your use of the - MP3 Player - Goa Shader Art - music visualizer software application (the “Software”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code, underlying algorithms, or structure of the Software.

  • You may not bypass or disable any security features or digital rights management tools used in the Software.

  • You may not use the Software for any unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including updates, enhancements, and all associated intellectual property rights) are and shall remain the sole property of MANTRA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LLC or its licensors. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights.

4. Updates and Modifications

We may provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the Software at our sole discretion. Such updates may be automatic. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for the Software.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Use of the Software is also governed by our [Privacy Policy](https://sites.google.com/view/goa-shader-art-music-player/privacy-policy). We may collect limited technical or usage data to improve the Software or for analytics purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and our policy.

6. Third-Party Software

The Software may include or rely on third-party libraries or components. Use of any such components is governed by their respective licenses. We disclaim any responsibility for such third-party software.

7. Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of the terms in this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete or destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MANTRA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MANTRA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Software.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and MANTRA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LLC regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or communications, whether written or oral.
