GO Receipt respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting their personal data. This privacy policy describes how GO Receipt collects, uses, and protects the information you provide to us.

Data Collection

GO Receipt uses your Gmail address to connect to the Google Sheet API. We do not store your password, as we use Google's OAuth authentication flow to access your data. When you first log in to the application, you are prompted to authorize access to the Google Sheet API. We do not store the temporary Google identification token, as it expires after a short period of time.

Data Usage

GO Receipt uses the information collected to provide personalized services, such as access to your Google Sheet data via the Google Sheet API.

GO Receipt use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Storage

GO Receipt stores the user's email address, yours contacts you have selected to share your profile and application data associated with the account on Firebase. Firebase is a Google cloud data storage service that offers robust security features to protect user data. Datas are only accessible to the user or yours friends and family with which you share your profile.

Data Sharing

GO Receipt connects to a backend server to link the application to the Google Sheet API to obtain a temporary Google identification token. We do not share your personal information with third parties unless we have your explicit consent or if required by law.

Data Security

GO Receipt takes data security very seriously and implements security measures to protect user information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We use standard security protocols to protect data, including SSL encryption for data in transit.

Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal data only for as long as you maintain an active account with us or as necessary to provide you with the application services. If you decide to delete your account or request data deletion, all your stored personal data will be permanently deleted from our Firestore database within 7 days.

Data Deletion Request

Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data stored by Go Receipt at any time. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by:

• Sending an email directly to our support team at appbydave.hrd@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and specifying the email address associated with your account.

• Using the "Delete Account" option directly inside the app 'Account tab'.

Upon receiving your request, we will process and permanently delete your data from our servers within 7 days.

Links to Other Sites

GO Receipt may contain links to others sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by GO Receipt. Therefore, It is strongly advise to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We don't have any control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Changes to Privacy Policy

GO Receipt may update this privacy policy from time to time. We recommend that you check this page regularly to stay informed of any changes. If significant changes are made to the privacy policy, we will notify you through the application or by email.
