Mobile telephone number
Email address
Emergency contact name and mobile number
Height
Responses to medical and health-related questions
This information is stored securely and access is restricted to Go Nordic Walking Leaders and Instructors who need it for club administration and to help ensure members can participate safely in Nordic Walking activities.
When a member leaves Go Nordic Walking, all information will be deleted except for the member’s name and email address, which will be retained for up to 7 years for administrative and record-keeping purposes. An emergency contact’s name and contact details will also be deleted when the member leaves.
