London Roleplay – Staff Requirements

1. Must be 14 years of age or older 

2. Must have a working microphone with clear communication.

3. Must be able to speak and understand English fluently.

4. Must be a member of the community’s Discord server.

5. Must have no active bans within the community.

6. Must be mature, respectful, and professional at all times.

7. Must have a good understanding of FiveM and roleplay.

8. Must have a clean disciplinary history within the server.

9. Must be willing to follow all server and staff policies.

10. Must remain unbiased and fair when handling situations.

11. Must be able to remain calm under pressure and deal with conflict professionally.

12. Must be active on the server and Discord, meeting the minimum activity requirements.

13. Must not abuse staff permissions or use them for personal gain.

14. Must be willing to work as part of a team and communicate with other staff members.

15. Must maintain confidentiality regarding staff discussions and internal information.

16. Must be willing to learn and accept feedback from senior staff.

17. Must be able to handle player reports in a professional and timely manner.

18. Must not have any history of cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorised modifications.

19. Must represent the community positively, both in-game and on Discord.

20. Must successfully complete the staff application, interview, and training process before receiving staff permissions
