Our Requirement.
- Must be in the server longer than 2 week's
- Must know what your doing
- Must have a understanding of how things need to get done
- Must have a Clean record {IRL}
- Must have a strong communication skills.
- Must not be blacklisted in any server
- Must have have one year Experience in Blacklisting
Responsibilities:
Monitor chats and forums for rule violations.
Handle reports and enforce community guidelines.
Assist users with questions and concerns.
Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive community environment.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively.
Previous moderation experience is a plus but not required.
Provide assistance to users regarding server navigation and usage.
Address and resolve user complaints and feedback.
Offer support in troubleshooting technical difficulties.
Report any significant issues to the moderation team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Patience and a willingness to help others.
Basic technical knowledge.
