2.1 Helping You Become Our User
2.1.1 Account Creation Information
When creating an account on the GNP Smart app, you must provide us with your email address, mobile phone number, and any required login credentials for any third-party login services. If you sign in using your email or mobile phone number, we will send you a verification code and confirmation of your login password. The email or mobile phone number you provide will be used to send you verification codes during registration, sign in, link accounts, and receive GNP Smart-related business notifications (such as health reports and service updates).
2.1.2 Data Storage Period
We store the data we collect for the period necessary for the purposes stated above. When you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. In cases where legal obligations require it, some data may be stored for longer periods.

When we sync data with our Bluetooth devices, we automatically collect your activity steps, heart rate data, sleep data, activity logs, and location data generated during specific workouts under your account.

GNP Smart Application uses Bluetooth (BLE) technology to communicate with connected devices and serves as a “companion app for a connected device” on your phone. During daily use, the GNP Smart App will request permissions for phone access and data retrieval from connected devices via Bluetooth. Users are reminded to grant these permissions before using the app’s features.
These permissions are limited to functions such as:
Sending Notifications: Forwarding call alerts and SMS messages to the smartwatch. This ensures that users receive reminders for new messages or calls on their smartwatch.
Cross-Device Synchronization: Synchronizing health data (e.g., steps, heart rate, sleep data) between the smartphone and connected devices.
GNP Smart strictly confirms that no phone or SMS content will be uploaded or processed on our servers, and these permissions will never be misused. They are solely implemented to enable the notification and message-sending functions.
You may decline these permissions, but doing so may impact notification and message-sending functionality. To ensure a seamless user experience, GNP Smart recommends that users grant these permissions.
8.2 User Rights
Users have the right to control the permissions granted to the GNP Smart app. You can manage permissions such as access to location, camera, and health data from your device settings. Note that disabling permissions may limit some features of the app, such as step tracking and activity analysis.
8.3 Cancellation of Permissions
You can revoke permissions at any time, but please note that this may limit the functionality of the app.
