I am a graduate student pursuing my doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics at the University of Pennsylvania. My research is focused on investigating mechanics and fracture of polymer fiber nanocomposites based on nanocellulose fibers (CNF) reinforcement using experimental solid mechanics and finite element modeling. I'm also broadly interested in developing new experimental techniques for materials with special requirements and those than cannot be used with traditional test configurations.
