The founder of this institution Mr. S. Gnaanasekar is an electronic engineer who served in a public sector for around 25 years.

During his service he happened to meet very talented engineering graduates who could not express their ideas and intensions in English.

In order to improve their communication skill he conducted free coaching classes for the benefit of his subordinates. Even after his VRS he continued his service.

The Cofounder of this institution Ms. G.Devi is an engineer by profession & serves the corporate for past 15 years.

She is an certified NLP practitioner , Hypnotherapist and motivation speaker.

She strives to work with under priviledged youth & women to make them aware of themselves / their potential and to make them achieve their goals.
