About Us

The Mechanical Engineering Career Fair is proudly organized by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Student Chapter at George Mason University and the Mechanical Engineering Graduate Association (MEGA). Together, we represent the passion and ambition of both undergraduate and graduate students in mechanical engineering. Our mission is to connect top engineering talent from GMU with leading companies, foster professional growth, and create opportunities that drive innovation. By bringing students, alumni, and industry partners together, we strive to build a strong community that supports the next generation of mechanical engineers.

We were inspired by the success of our university’s other career fairs, which have shown the powerful impact of connecting students directly with industry. Building on that model, we designed a fair dedicated specifically to mechanical engineering, giving students and employers a space tailored to their shared skills, interests, and goals.
