Great Mission Teacher Training Institute is a leading institute of Teacher Education in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Within a short span of time the institute has established itself as a center of excellence in Pre-Primary and Primary Teacher Education.

The institute was established in the year 2004 in Dwarka, New Delhi. Great Mission Teacher Training Institute is RECOGNIZED by NATIONAL COUNCIL OF TEACHER EDUCATION and AFFILIATED TO STATE COUNCIL FOR EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH AND TRAINING (DELHI).

Manager by experienced and qualified professionals, the institute provides trained and qualified teachers for Govt. and Pvt. School of Delhi every year. Not just New Delhi, the alumni of Great Mission Teacher Training Institute are working with their sincerity and dedication in reputed Govt. and Pvt. schools all across the country.

Great Mission Teachers Training Institute is managed by Prabhas Educational & Welfare Society which is working for promoting Education NCT Delhi. The members of the society are highly qualified, well experienced and known for their commitment and contribution in the field of education.

Prabhas Educational & Welfare Society was registered in 1989 with an objective of providing Quality Education in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The Society has contributed a lot in promoting educational activities in the South – West areas of Delhi. Specifically, the society has spread education among masses by either working in the literacy campaign launched by Delhi Sarvshiksha Abhiyan Samiti and opening formal schools in Delhi.

The Society also runs teacher training courses to provide quality teachers for schools in N.C.T. Delhi. Members of society in governing body are dedicated educationists having ample experience of school & teacher Education.

Organised many programmes of Education/awareness generation in backward areas of South-West Delhi.

She has been awarded Dr. S. Radha Krishnan National Teachers Award in 2003, Indira Gandhi Memorial Award in 2005 for Women Empowerment on International Women’s Day and Rajeev Gandhi Memorial Award in 2004 for rendering her meritorious service in the field of Education.

Manager of a recognized public school since 1994. Consultant in construction of school building.

SECRETARY : Ms. Sunita Rai

She is providing Techno-academic support in schools & colleges in physical education(Daulat Ram college,Rajdhani college, Delhi University, CRPF Public School ). She has organised Sports meet at state level & at national level & also acted as an official in several National, International meets.

She has been felicitated with Best Coach Award by Government of Delhi.

He has been preparing audio & video materials in the field of education & social development for the last ten years. He is also President of an NGO which is implementing Educational Programmes in Delhi Schools.

He is an educationist and provided academic guidance to teachers of Govt./MCD schools. He is also author of several books written on teacher education.

MEMBER : Dr. K.S. Yadav

M.Sc., M.Ed., M.Phil, Ph.D.

He is Principal of a Government Senior Secondary School in Delhi.

He worked in Delhi Sarvshiksha Abhiyan. He has been awarded doctorate degree in education on “ Factors affecting literacy campaign in metropolitan city. He has also trained teachers in teaching methodology.
