• Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery for nearby areas and digital payments (fund transfers, GCash) for others.

• Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, a confirmation will be sent via your chosen contact method. GM's Online Shop reserves the right to refuse any order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver within the Philippines, with specific arrangements for local and provincial deliveries.

• Delivery times vary based on location. GM's Online Shop is not liable for delays caused by external couriers or events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

• No Video, No Return/Refund Policy: To qualify for a return or refund, customers must provide a video showing the item in its received condition.

• Exceptions: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate information during order placement (e.g., address, contact number).

• If opting for Cash on Delivery, be available to receive and pay for the item. Refusal of the item without valid reason may lead to restriction from future orders.
