Service

I have had a significant level of service to the scientific community over a 12 year period. I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with many dedicated and talented people over the years. As review loads increased and my interests for impact started to drift from conferences and papers, as of 2019 I have decided to semi-retire from the types of service demonstrated below (I am still often asked to help when in a pinch and my expertise is needed, which I am happy to do).

I am open to new service opportunities if they align with my current priorities, and I feel that my service would be impactful. Currently, I serve through one-on-one mentoring with early career professionals, which I find impactful and rewarding.

I have currently retired all of my service commitments. It is time for the next generation to take over. However, I am willing to serve if I feel that I can make an impact and it is an area of interest. Here is a record of my past service...
