Final version of the conference program is now available. Schedule was also updated.

Participants planning to take an active part on October 3 are encouraged to join from 10:00 AM. Registration is available from 9:30 AM, and shuttle buses arriving at AIST at around 9:30 AM are available.

Note that, if you plan to participate in hands-on work, please bring your own laptop.

The report summarizes the community-driven discussions and outcomes that provide a foundation for the 3rd GlyCosmos Jamboree.

Registration is now available through the ACGG2026 Joint AGS online registration system.

Please register via the ACGG2026 Joint AGS Registration page and indicate your participation in the Jamboree during registration.

This event will be held as a satellite program of ACGG2026 Joint AGS.

Scope

The GlyCosmos Jamboree is a community-driven event focused on advancing glycoscience data resources, particularly glycan-binding molecules (GBMs) such as lectins.

Following the success of the previous meetings, this 3rd Jamboree will emphasize:

Data integration and standardization
Hands-on curation and annotation
Development and application of glycoinformatics tools
Community-driven discussions and future directions

The GlyCosmos project aims to make glycoscience data accessible, interoperable, and reusable across disciplines.

Jamboree Format

The Jamboree is organized as a four-day collaborative working meeting running in parallel with ACGG2026 Joint AGS.

Participants will join small working groups and engage in discussions and hands-on activities throughout the event.

Schedule

・Oct 3 (10:00–12:00): Introduction, topic selection, and formation of working groups

・Oct 3 (13:00) – Oct 5 (18:00): Group discussions and collaborative activities

・Oct 6 (09:00–12:00): Wrap-up discussions and preparation of presentations

・Oct 6: Jamboree report (Session 10, L22)
