Policies

At GLX Kennel, we take pride in the health, safety, and lifelong well-being of our dogs. By purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to the following policies:

1. Acceptance of Policies 

Purchasing a dog or puppy from GLX Kennels constitutes acceptance of all policies listed here, with or without a signed contract. A written contract may be provided for clarity, but these policies remain in effect regardless of signature.

2. Return-to-Breeder Policy

If, for any reason, you are unabe to keep or care for your dog, the dog must be returned to GLX Kennels. This applies at any age and under any circumstance. Dogs purchased from us may not be surrendered to shelters, rescues, or rehomed without our written consent.

3. Health & Care Commitment

All puppies leave our care with age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming,and health checks. Buyers are responsible for ongoing care, nutrition, and proper housing to ensure the dog's continued health and well-being. 

4. Non-Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final, and non-refundable with the exception of serious health concerns.
