Chaos Insurgency Utilization Chart

Utilization cooldowns are different based on location. On-site utilizations have a one-per-raid cooldown, meaning you may only do one utilization per raid. In-base utilizations have a thirty-minute cooldown.

Rules regarding all utilizations:

Utilizations can NOT be preformed on Dr. Maynard, R&D Agents, Kronos/Dolos, or Insurgency personnel without a rank.
Utilizations can NOT be self-preformed, meaning George cannot preform utilizations on himself.
After a utilization is done in-base, they are NOT to be preformed on that SCP until the Foundation recontains the SCP.
R&D Agents are the ONLY job allowed to do utilizations. Gamma Command is allowed to do utilizations on any job.
Utilizations may ONLY be rolled for once, no assist rolls.
Utilized personnel may NOT attend Mech Raids, however they may attend Echo-5 Raids.
