Photo Release

If you are under the age of 18, please download the photo release form below and fill it out with your parent or legal guardian. Although it is not required to return a photo release, we appreciate any student who is willing to be in photos for future conference promotion. Email the signed document to rachel.gosselin@glsenwa.org or bring it with you to the conference!
