If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's terms control. You must be legally eligible to use the app and use it only for lawful, personal purposes.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
GLP1 Moz is a tracking and journaling tool, not a medical device or medical advice. Never start, stop, delay, increase, decrease, or otherwise change medication because of the app. Follow your licensed clinician or pharmacist. For urgent symptoms, contact local emergency services or a licensed clinician.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for the information you enter and for confirming reminders, AI estimates, and Apple Health information before relying on them. They may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and must not be used for treatment decisions or emergencies.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Premium may be offered weekly or yearly. The price and currency shown by Apple at purchase control. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple controls billing, trials, taxes, refunds, and restoration.
SERVICE AND CONTENT
We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, or use it to violate rights or law. Features may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without guarantees and liability is limited as required by applicable law. The Privacy Policy explains data processing and forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms for legal, safety, or product changes.
