TRANSIT TIME & ARRIVAL

MANILA: Shipment day + 1-2 working days

PROVINCIAL: Shipment day + 2-3 working days

** The "shipment day" is the day that the courier will pick-up the packages from our place. This is not yet the day of arrival to customer's address. Please refer above (TRANSIT TIME & ARRIVAL) for the estimated arrival to customer's address.

** Tracking numbers will be sent to your Email/FB Messenger as soon as we drop your order to our courier.

** Please take note that we are preparing and packing the items the day before shipment.

** The courier is a 3rd party identity - Sellers are not liable on the delay of the courier as long as orders were picked up on time. We always do our best to help resolve cases of delayed shipments. Panicking won't help.
