Welcome to GlowWall (the "App," "we," "us," or "our"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our home screen personalization tools, AI content generation features, dynamic wallpapers, and launcher functionalities.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Process
To provide our core launcher functionality, wallpaper services, AI-generated features, app maintenance, and ad-supported features, we may process the following categories of information:
Device & Runtime Information: Device model, operating system version, device language/region settings, IP address, crash logs, diagnostic data, and advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID).
Usage Information: Feature interaction records, wallpaper loading/download status, and launcher preference settings.
AI Prompts & Inputs: Text prompts, keywords, or style preferences you submit when using our AI image generation features.
Locally Stored Content: App cache files and configuration data are stored within the App's directory. AI-generated images that you choose to save are stored in your device's local public storage (e.g., your Gallery).
Content We Do NOT Access: We do not provide a feature to upload custom photos. We do not actively access, read, or upload your private photos, videos, or unrelated local media files stored on your device.
2. System Permissions We May Request
Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request the following permissions. We strictly guarantee that your installed app inventory is never transmitted to our servers, nor is it sold or shared with any third-party advertising networks.
App Inventory Access (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): If you set us as your default launcher, we must scan your device locally to identify installed apps. This is strictly used to populate your app drawer, support app search, and launch your applications.
Background Configuration (SET_WALLPAPER): Mandatory for applying your chosen images to your home or lock screens.
File Storage Permissions (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required exclusively to save downloaded wallpapers and your created AI-generated images to your device's local storage.
Network Access: Used to connect to the internet to load wallpaper content, transmit AI text prompts securely, retrieve updates, display advertisements, and perform basic analytics.
Notifications: The system may request this to send feature updates or service alerts. You can disable this at any time in your device settings.
3. Launcher Functionality & Default Settings
The App provides both wallpaper services and launcher functionality. If you voluntarily set the App as your device’s default launcher, it will take over your device’s home screen to provide app entry management, search, and related personalization features.
You maintain full control and may cancel this at any time in your device settings (typically found under Settings > Apps > Default Apps > Home app) to switch back to your system launcher.
4. AI Content & Third-Party AI Services
Our Application provides AI-powered features that allow users to generate visual content based on text prompts.
Third-Party AI Providers: To enable these features, the text prompts you submit are securely transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence service providers, such as OpenAI. These providers process your requests solely for content generation purposes. We do not use your generated content or prompts for independent marketing, nor do we sell this data. All communications are encrypted during transmission.
Content Safety: We aim to provide a safe user experience and strictly prohibit the use of AI features to generate harmful, illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content. Users who misuse AI functionality may have their access restricted.
Reporting Mechanism: If you encounter AI-generated content that violates our policies, you may report it using the in-app reporting function for review and removal.
Disclaimer: AI-generated content is produced automatically by external models and may occasionally produce inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate results. Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before use or distribution.
5. Advertising & Analytics Services
Our App is free to use. To support the ongoing operation, content maintenance, and future updates of the App, we rely on advertising revenue. We collaborate with industry-standard third-party providers for advertising, analytics, and crash reporting.
These partners may collect non-personally identifiable information (such as IP addresses and device identifiers). These third-party trackers are explicitly blocked from accessing your installed application list or local files.

6. Information Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
With third-party service providers (Advertising, Analytics, and AI generation) assisting us with core app functions.

Where necessary to protect our rights, users, or the safe operation of the App.
In connection with a merger, restructuring, or asset transfer.
7. App Removal & Data Deletion
Uninstall Instructions: If set as the default launcher, please revert to your system default first (via Settings). Once deactivated, you can uninstall GlowWall normally.
Data Deletion & Local Storage: Uninstalling the App will automatically erase all associated local cache files and app configurations. However, AI-generated images or wallpapers that you have explicitly saved to your device's local public storage (e.g., your Gallery or Pictures folder) will NOT be deleted automatically upon uninstallation. You must manually delete these images from your device if you no longer wish to keep them.
Ad IDs: To reset data processed by advertising partners, you can reset your Advertising ID via your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID).
8. Copyright Policy & Takedown Requests
The underlying code and UI design belong exclusively to RC BUILD AND RENEW SERVICES CORP. The visual content curated within the App is sourced from the internet, and AI images are generated based on user prompts.
If any image infringes upon your copyright, please contact us and provide the relevant proof of ownership. We will process your request and remove the infringing materials immediately upon verification. Please direct requests to pattikim1998@gmail.com.
9. Children's Privacy
Our tools are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Supplemental Disclosures for Specific Regions
EEA, UK, and Switzerland: We process data based on legitimate interests and consent. You have the right to access, correct, restrict, object to processing, and request data portability.
California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
Brazil (LGPD) & Indonesia: You maintain the right to confirm data processing, request access, correction, deletion, and revoke consent.
