GlowUp: Umax Terms of Use

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the developer of this app regarding your use of the AI Glow Up Coach application.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app

• Reverse engineer or extract source code

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes

3. App Purpose

This app provides AI-based appearance analysis and personalized Glow Up improvement plans, including:

• Facial appearance analysis

• Style and grooming suggestions

• Task-based improvement system

• Progress tracking and transformation journey

The app is intended for personal self-improvement and entertainment purposes only.

4. AI Services & Photo Usage

By using the app, you understand and agree that:

• You may upload photos voluntarily for AI analysis

• Photos are used only to generate personalized improvement suggestions

• AI outputs are generated automatically and may not be 100% accurate

• The app does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice

We do not use your photos to identify your identity or train AI models.

5. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID

• Payment will be charged upon confirmation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings

No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by law.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Use the app in a lawful manner

• Not upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including AI-generated plans, design, text, and features, belongs to the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

The app provides suggestions only.

We do not guarantee:

• Physical appearance results

• Social or dating outcomes

• Specific improvement outcomes

All improvements depend on user effort and external factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement.

11. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app means acceptance of changes.
