This Privacy Policy explains how GlowUp AI ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use our mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. What the App Does

GlowUp AI is a facial analysis application that uses artificial intelligence to rate facial attractiveness, provide detailed subscores for individual features (skin, symmetry, jawline, eyes, hair), and deliver personalized glow-up tips to help users improve their appearance.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

The App does not require you to sign up or provide any name, email, or password. When you first open the App, an anonymous account identifier is automatically created through Firebase Authentication so we can save your progress and sync your data across sessions. This identifier is random and is not linked to your real-world identity.

Facial Images and Analysis Data

When you use the face analysis feature, the Apie photo:

- Your photo is compressed and temporarily processed to generate your face rating and tips.

- Photos are sent to a third-party AI providertime.

- Photos are NOT permanently stored on our servers. After the result is returned, the image data is discarded by the AI

provider.

- Your most recent analysis results (scores, tips, summary) are stored locally on your device.

- We do not use your photos to train AI models

- Your photos are never shared with advertisers or used for advertising.

Subscription Information

We offer weekly, monthly, and quarterly premium subscriptions. All billing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store).

- We never collect or store credit card numberfinancial data.

- We only receive your subscription status (active, expired, cancelled) to unlock or restrict premium features.

Analytics, Diagnostics & Advertising Data

We collect anonymous, non-identifiable data to improve app performance and to serve ads in the free version:

- Device type and operating system version

- App crash logs and error reports

- General usage patterns (e.g., feature usage

- Firebase Analytics events (non-personal)

- Advertising identifier (IDFA): In the free vss your device's advertising identifier toserve and measure ads. This only occurs where permitted and, on iOS, in line with your App Tracking Transparency choice.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

- Provide and operate the App's core face anal

- Generate personalized attractiveness scores and glow-up tips

- Save and sync your progress under your anony

- Manage your subscription access

- Display advertising in the free version of t

- Improve app stability and performance

- Respond to support inquiries

We never sell or rent your personal data. In te display ads through Google AdMob, which mayuse your device's advertising identifier and related data to serve and measure ads (see Section 5).

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services:

- Google Firebase: Anonymous authentication, an

- Google AdMob: Advertising in the free version of the App

- Sign in with Apple: User authentication

- Sign in with Google: User authentication

- RevenueCat: Subscription management

- Groq: AI facial analysis processing

- Apple App Store / Google Play Store: Subscription billing

5. Advertising

The free version of the App displays ads serve

- AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, and general app-usage data to serve,

personalize, and measure ads.

- On iOS, ad personalization follows your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice. If you do not allow tracking, you will

still see ads, but they will be non-personaliz

- Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent prompt before personalized ads are served, in line with

Google's EU User Consent Policy.

- Upgrading to a premium subscription removes ads.

6. Data Storage & Security

- Analysis results are stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage.

- Your synced data is managed by Google Fireba (TLS) and at rest.

- The App communicates with all servers over HTTPS only.

- Facial images are not retained by the AI pro

- No system is 100% secure. While we implement strong protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Premium features are available via weekly, monthly, and quarterly subscription plans. All billing is handled by the Apple

App Store. You can manage or cancel your subsce settings:

- iPhone/iPad: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

8. Data Deletion

You have the right to delete all your data at any time.

- Use the "Delete Account" / "Erase Data" optin, or

- Email us at workplace0331@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"

We will process your request within 30 days. Deleting your data does not automatically cancel an active subscription —

cancel that separately through your device set

9. Children's Privacy

GlowUp AI is not intended for use by anyone unlicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child's data has been collected, we

Your data may be processed in countries other United States, where our third-party serviceproviders operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in compliance with applicable laws.

intelligence and should not be considered medisional advice. If you have concerns about yourappearance or mental health, please consult a qualified professional.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
