Glowtail is a mobile game made by ArfzCorp ("we"). This page explains what data the game uses, why, and the choices you have. We keep it to what the game needs.

Ads and your choice
Ads keep Glowtail free. When you first open the game we ask whether our ad partner may use data from your device to show ads that suit you ("personal ads"). If you say no, you still see ads, but they are not based on your data. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Ads. Ads between runs are rare, and the "remove ads" purchase turns them off. Ads you choose to watch for a reward are always your choice.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Unity's own privacy policy: unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.
Purchases
Gems, the starter pack and "remove ads" are bought through Google Play. Google handles the payment under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location. The game has no chat and no way to contact other players.
Children
Glowtail is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
Your cloud save is kept while you play. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete your cloud save and player ID within 30 days. Uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your phone.
Your rights
If you live in the EU, the UK or a similar region, you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, and you can object to its use. Write to us at the address below. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Delete your Glowtail account and data
You can ask us to delete your Glowtail account (your player ID and any linked Google Play Games sign-in) and all your data at any time:
Email arfzcorp@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Glowtail data.
Include the player name shown on your player card in the game (top left of the Home screen).
We delete your cloud save, player ID and account link within 30 days and confirm by email. Purchase records kept by Google Play and ad data held by Unity Ads follow their own policies; we keep nothing else. To remove the data on your phone, uninstall the game.
