The Global Leadership, Organizational Ethics, and Well-Being Lab is an international research collaborative exploring organizational issues at the intersection of leadership, positive organizational scholarship, and organizational health and well-being. GLOW Lab was co-founded in 2022 by Wei Wang (University of Manitoba) and Ellie Stillwell (London School of Economics and Political Science).
