GloRay VPN - Fast & Secure VPN ("GloRay VPN", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the limited information we may process when you install and use our mobile application (the "App"), and the measures we take to protect it.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
1. Zero-Activity-Log Policy
GloRay VPN is built on a zero-activity-log principle. We do not create, retain, or share records that could reveal how you use the internet while connected to our service. Specifically:
- We do not monitor, log, or store your browsing activity, websites visited, traffic payloads, or DNS resolution requests.
- We do not keep VPN session logs, including your source IP address, the virtual IP assigned during a session, connection start/end times, or total session length.
As a result, we cannot produce user activity or connection histories that we never collect in the first place.
2. What Information We Process
We collect only what is needed to operate, maintain, and improve the App:
Device and application metadata
- General, non-personally-identifying technical details—such as device type, operating system version, app version, and locale—help us troubleshoot compatibility issues and optimize performance across different environments.
Anonymized operational statistics
- We may gather de-identified, aggregated measurements (for example, connection success ratios and approximate bandwidth consumption in megabytes) to monitor server health, allocate capacity, and improve reliability. These metrics are not tied to individual users or specific online behavior.
Customer support correspondence
- If you reach out to us at help@aivimdeo.com, we may keep your email address and the content of your message only for as long as needed to resolve your request.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. How We Protect Your Data
Protecting information in transit is central to our service. GloRay VPN employs widely recognized security practices and strong encryption standards—including AES-256 and protocols such as WireGuard® where available—to help safeguard data while it travels through our network.
No online service can promise perfect security. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but absolute protection against every threat cannot be guaranteed.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services to support core functionality. These providers process data under their own privacy policies:
Google Play Services
- Used for app distribution, updates, and related platform functions on Android devices.
Firebase (Google)
The App integrates Google Firebase services, which may collect and process the following categories of information:
Firebase Analytics
- App usage events (such as feature interactions and session activity), device type, operating system version, and an app instance identifier. This helps us understand how the App is used and improve the user experience.
Firebase Crashlytics
- Crash reports, stack traces, and related device information when the App encounters an error. This helps us identify and fix stability issues.
Firebase Remote Config
- Delivers configuration parameters to the App (such as feature toggles). No personal browsing or VPN traffic data is transmitted through this service.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
- A device push notification token and basic delivery metadata, used solely to send you service-related notifications you have opted into. FCM does not access your VPN-encrypted traffic.
Firebase services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Each third party operates under its own privacy terms. We encourage you to review those policies independently.
5. Disclosure Requests and Regulatory Compliance
Given our zero-activity-log approach, we typically cannot furnish detailed user browsing or VPN usage records to regulators, law enforcement, or other third parties—even when formally requested—because such data is not stored by us.
Where limited information exists (such as support emails or Firebase analytics data described above), we may respond only as permitted or required by applicable law. GloRay VPN aims to comply with legal obligations in the regions where we offer the service.
6. Protection of Minors
GloRay VPN - Fast & Secure VPN is not intended for users under 13 years of age, or below the minimum age set by law in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact help@aivimdeo.com and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be highlighted within the App or through other appropriate channels where legally required.
Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Additional Rights for Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland (collectively, "Designated Countries"), the following supplements the rest of this Policy.
We process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to deliver the VPN functionality outlined in our Terms of Service
- Legitimate interests — to ensure network stability, security, and service quality, weighed against your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and to file a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email help@aivimdeo.com.
