The Global Union of Change-makers (GUC) is a youth-led international initiative uniting visionary, committed, and action-driven young leaders from Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Founded in 2025 by a diverse group of virtual delegates during the World Bank Group Youth Summit 2025, GUC was born from a desire to stay connected, build purpose, and transform ideas into global impact.
We are a volunteer-led platform, bringing together leaders, thinkers, innovators, and advocates committed to:
Climate Action & Environmental Justice
Peace building & Conflict Resolution
Human Rights & Social Justice
Health, Mental Wellbeing & Sexual and Reproductive Rights
Youth Empowerment & Leadership Development
Innovation, Research & Technology
Gender Equality & Women Empowerment
Economic Development & Entrepreneurship
Education, Training & Capacity Building
GUC operates through a growing network of strategic departments and regional representatives, building cross-continental bridges of collaboration and lasting change.
We believe that young people are not the leaders of tomorrow we are the leaders of today.
Through our coordinated structure, virtual operations, and passionate global members, we are creating a platform where voices are heard, ideas are implemented, and real change is made.
