2025 Taimyo Conversation Series with group practice
We hope you can join us for more GTC gatherings in 2025. We will use the same format as 2021 with a week of events. There will be two longer gathering with conversation time as well as invited Taimyo local leaders leading movements during the week.

Sunday 20 July - opening session with discussions 2 hours
21 July - 25 July Weekday Taimyo in Community shared practices
Saturday 26 July - closing session with discussions 2 hours
Cost: $65 USD for the week

Financial Transparency Statement
The Global Taimyo Community (GTC) is a worldwide community of practitioners. The group meets to practice and talk several times a year via webconference, and includes friendships from decades of teaching and practice. As an informal group, GTC has a resources website and links to H.F. Ito’s Day Street Dojo website, but it has no financial accounts or formal organizational status.
GTC uses registration fees and other funds to pay honoraria for:
● Leading Taimyo Kata
● Technical oversight (Masashi Minagawa)
● GTC website management
● Video production and editing
● Event planning/organization - the GTC Planning Team meets monthly
The GTC Planning Team plans to continue with this structure, and welcomes your feedback and suggestions for improvement.
