We are guided by the idea of helping Delhi embrace the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Collaboration is a centerpiece of our approach to working. We partner with impact-driven organizations that are embedded in the local ecosystem - and accelerate their ability to create change.

All Shapers are carefully recruited through an interview process. Each Shaper is a leader in their respective field and has demonstrated potential for impact.
As a hub, we aspire to truly reflect the diversity of Delhi's people. We are always looking for driven candidates who are front runners in their field.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, orientation, or fluency in any particular language.
