About the Founder

Dr. Khatereh Khorsandi, PhD, is a biochemist, researcher, scientific consultant, and mentor with more than 15 years of experience in biomedical research, scientific writing, and academic leadership. Her expertise spans cancer biology, immunology, photodynamic therapy, antimicrobial resistance, nanomedicine, molecular biology, and translational biomedical research.

Dr. Khorsandi earned her PhD in Biochemistry and has held academic and research positions at leading institutions in both Iran and the United States. She currently conducts research in pediatric brain tumors and immunotherapy, with a particular focus on CAR T-cell therapy and the tumor microenvironment. Throughout her career, she has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications, international collaborations, and multidisciplinary research projects aimed at advancing human health and scientific innovation.

As an Assistant Professor, Dr. Khorsandi supervised and mentored numerous graduate and postgraduate students, guiding them in research design, scientific writing, and publication. Many of her trainees successfully published their work in peer-reviewed journals, received prestigious scholarships and fellowships, and advanced to graduate, postdoctoral, and research positions at leading institutions around the world.

Recognized among the world's top 2% of scientists, Dr. Khorsandi is passionate about supporting the next generation of researchers and healthcare professionals.
