This Year's Subject: Water

In Unit 1 we learned about global scholars, what it is , how it works, with which cities we are going to work .

We also learned how to give feedback, create and basically what we are going to do this year. In unit 1 we also did introductory videos in which we introduced ourselves, our school, city, and our beautiful country Israel.


After Unit 1 we moved to Unit 2, there we researched about water in our culture, we shared with the other cities special water activities or celebrations our culture has. We also talked about water in our body and replied to other peers .


Later on we kept going to Unit 3 , there we learned about the process of the water from the nature to our homes in the faucets. We talked about what we can and cannot flush down the toilet. We researched about different waterways .


In Unit 4 we learned ways to prevent pollution, we learned about climate change and how it impacts our cities . We made a survey and asked different people in our community which water related issues are most important to them, and which action would they be willing to take to improve.


In Unit 5 we got an assignment to raise community awareness and that’s what we’re doing, we decided to make a website, make stickers and teach children in our school about water problems.
