User Content (Media):

• Photos & Camera Access: The app requires access to your device’s camera and photo library strictly to allow you to upload or update your user profile picture or relevant fleet documentation.

Technical & Device Information (collected automatically via Firebase):

• Device identifiers (used for push notifications)

• Device type and operating system version

• Crash logs and app performance data

• Basic product interaction analytics

What We DO NOT Collect:

• No User GPS Tracking: GlobaliTrack displays the location of your physical fleet vehicles (hardware trackers) on a map. However, this app does not track, collect, or monitor the GPS location of your personal mobile device.

2. Purposes of Data Use

The information collected is used strictly for operational, security, and communication purposes, such as:

• Verifying user identity and authorizing secure access to fleet data.

• Sending real-time push notifications regarding fleet alerts, geofence breaches, and system updates.

• Allowing you to personalize your account with profile photos.

• Monitoring app stability, identifying bugs, and improving overall app performance.

3. Sharing of Data

Personal data is never sold to third-party data brokers or advertisers. Information may only be disclosed in the following cases:

• Service Providers: Shared securely with backend infrastructure providers (such as Google Firebase) strictly for hosting, push notifications, and crash analytics.

User data is retained only for the duration required to complete operational and compliance obligations. Once your user account is closed or your access is revoked by your organization, your personal profile records may either be securely deleted or archived as per Parallax Technologies’ internal policies.
