Privacy Policy for Mochi Studio

Mochi Studio is provided by GlobalBite App. This policy explains how the iPhone and iPad app handles information.
1. Local media processing
Photos, videos and animation frames you choose are processed on your device to create stickers, remove backgrounds, add text and export files. The app does not upload your media or editable projects to a developer-operated server. We cannot access media stored only in the app.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores saved projects, image frames, thumbnails, editing recipes, preferences and a local activity log in its app storage. Temporary exports may also remain in the app’s temporary storage until iOS removes them. You can clear the activity log in Settings. Removing the app normally removes its local app data; copies saved to Photos, Files, other apps or device backups are managed separately. Apple device backups may include app data depending on your settings.
3. Optional iCloud count summary
iCloud count summary is off by default. If you enable it, the app sends only the saved-project count and a date/time summary to Apple’s iCloud key-value storage associated with your Apple account. Images, videos and editable projects are not included in this feature. Apple manages iCloud storage and delivery under its own policies. Turning this option off stops future summary updates; it does not automatically erase an existing iCloud summary. We do not receive this summary on a developer-operated service.
4. Photo access and sharing
The system photo picker lets you select media to import. Saving a finished sticker to Photos requires your permission. You can manage photo permissions in iOS Settings. When you choose to share or export, the selected files are handed to the destination you select, such as Files, WeChat, LINE or Signal. Those services handle the files under their own policies. Opening help links loads the relevant website in your browser.
5. Advertising, analytics and tracking
The app has no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, cross-app tracking or account registration. We do not sell personal information or use your media to train an AI model. Background removal uses Apple’s on-device Vision framework. The app does not request contacts, microphone or location access.
6. Support
If you email us, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue. Please avoid sending sensitive media. You can ask us to delete support correspondence by contacting xferfile01@gmail.com, subject to any records we are required to retain.
7. Children
The app does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app. If a child provides personal information in a support message, a parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion.
8. Changes and contact

This policy covers Mochi Studio. This website is hosted by Google Sites; Google’s own privacy policy applies to the hosting service. Apple and messaging services have their own privacy policies.
