Refund policy
The unboxing video is mandated for any Damage. In case you received a damaged product, it is required that you contact us as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours since the product has been delivered to you (based on data that we receive from the delivery company) - it is required that you notify us about the damage by email – globalartgallery09@gmail.com including minimum 2 images & unboxing video of the damaged product.
If 48 hours went by, we won't be able to provide you with a replacement. Also, No return or exchange is applicable on Showpieces/Home Accents bought in Sale.
Cancellation
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at globalartgalley09@gmail.ocm within 24 hours of ordering or before dispatching of order from our warehouse, whichever is earlier and we will be happy to assist you
