In order to access both the live sessions and the pre-recorded sessions, you need to sign up for the conference. The conference is FREE. Once you sign up, you will be sent the link. You will have access to these sessions until May 11, 2024.

There are a number of programs that would help but probably the easiest way to go is to use Live Tranlate in Google Chrome. In order to activate Live Translate, you must first activate Live Caption:

Turn Live Caption on:

1. On your computer, open Chrome .

2. At the top right, select More > Settings. (or on a Mac, Chrome > Settings)

3. At the bottom of the Settings page, select Accessibility.

4. Turn on Live Caption.

Turn Live Translate on:

While in the Accessibility settings,  turn on Live Tranlate and then choose a language you want videos to be translated to.

Yes. We have included a backdoor communications below. Someone will be in the room on the day of the conference from 8 am to 8 pm.
