Founders

Tserten Tenzin is the founder of The Global Educators Hub. With a deep-rooted commitment to education, Tserten brings more than a decade of experience in the education field and over two decades of experience in banking to the organization. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, a Postgraduate degree in Ecology and Environment and a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education, Tserten is passionate about creating inclusive and accessible learning environments worldwide. 

Mrs. Shamal Amit Sarfare co-founded The Global Educators Hub, bringing nearly three decades of experience in education. Her career includes significant roles such as Curriculum Coordinator and CIS Accreditation Coordinator at Ecole Mondiale World School, Mumbai, until July 2024. She has also served as an IB Visual Arts Educator, Pastoral Leader, MYP Coordinator and Director of Arts. Mrs. Sarfare holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Educational Studies and an International Baccalaureate Educator Certificate (IBEC) from the University of Bath. As an IB Programme Leader and Examiner, she is dedicated to advancing curriculum development, mentoring educators, and leading initiatives for continuous improvement in education.
