Mrs. Early is a mother, wife, and educator with a love of languages and a degree in Applied Linguistics. She is Small Middle School’s longtime ESL teacher and a Texas Education Agency Exemplary Recognized Educator.
She is also a passionate world traveler who has been globe-trotting solo, with family, or with students for 40+ years She brings years of experience helping students grow into confident, compassionate global citizens.
A strong advocate for multicultural understanding, Mrs. Early believes that travel is one of the most powerful forms of education, opening young minds, fostering independence, and nurturing respect for diverse cultures and values.
She has seen firsthand, through her own son’s college journey, how international travel experiences strengthen college applications and acceptance rates, setting students apart as globally aware and adaptable thinkers.
It is her honor to serve all students and their families both in the classroom and around the globe.
